    Behavioral Learning Solutions

Individualized Learning. Meaningful Progress. Empowered Futures.

At Behavioral Learning Solutions, we believe meaningful progress beings with understanding the individual.  We provide individualized, compassionate ABA therapy designed to help each learner build meaningful skills and greater independence. We recognize that every learner is unique, which is why our programs are developed around individual strengths, needs, interests, and goals.

Our approach combines the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with natural, engaging learning experiences. We focus on skills that make a meaningful difference in everyday life, including communication, social interaction, independence, emotional awareness, school readiness, and daily living skills.

We believe quality ABA therapy should be individualized, assent-based, and respectful of each learner's voice. Our team emphasizes advocacy, choice, natural teaching opportunities, and positive relationships while creating an environment where learners feel supported and motivated to participate.

Behavioral Learning Solutions offers a variety of services, including individual ABA therapy, social skills groups, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed programming, school readiness, private tuition-based education, parent and caregiver training, and specialized learning opportunities. Individual and group goals are carefully selected based on each learner's age, skill level, and individual needs.

Our goal extends beyond teaching individual skills. We strive to help learners develop the communication, confidence, independence, and self-advocacy skills they can use at home, at school, in the community and throughout their lives.

    MISSION

At Behavioral Learning Solutions, our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based support that empowers every learner to communicate, grow, and become more independent. Through assent-based practices, natural learning opportunities, advocacy, and meaningful skill development, we create supportive environments where each learner's strengths, needs, and voice are valued.

    VISION

Our vision is to redefine what meaningful ABA therapy and learning can look like. We envision a future where every learner is respected as an individual, supported in developing authentic communication and self-advocacy, and given the tools and opportunities to build greater independence and participate meaningfully in their family, school, and community.

    Our students

Our programs are designed for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental or learning differences who benefit from individualized instruction and additional support.

Our students represent a wide range of ages, abilities, communication styles, and learning needs. Some communicate verbally, while others use AAC or other communication systems. Some students may need support developing foundational academic and school readiness skills, while others are working toward greater independence, social connection, emotional awareness, and self-advocacy.

    Let's work together

We work with a variety of insurance providers to help families access medically necessary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Please note that we are currently NOT in network with MEDICAID.

Insurance coverage is not guaranteed and vary depending on insurance company and insurance plan. Benefits and authorization requirements vary by plan, and families are encouraged to verify their indiviual benefits before starting services.

    Insurance Coverage

    ABA Therapy

ABA Therapy may be covered by insurance when services meet the requirements of the individual's health plan. Coverage may include assessment, individualized ABA therapy, caregiver training, and other medically necessary behavioral services.

Before ABA services can begin, prior authorization from the insurance provider is required. Our team works with families to complete the necessary assessment and authorization process. Coverage, eligibility, deductibles, copays, and authorization requirements vary by individual insurance plan.

    Social Skills Groups

Our social skills groups are ABA-based therapeutic services designed to address individualized and group goals. When medically necessary and authorized by the insurance provider, social skills group services may be eligible for insurance coverage.

Groups are developed according to the age, skill level, and needs of the participants and may target communication, peer interaction, conversation, cooperation, advocacy, emotional awareness, and other meaningful social skills.

    Private School and Tuition

Our tuition-based private school program is separate from ABA therapy and is NOT billed to or covered by health insurance. Tuition is the responsibility of the family and covers the educational and academic components of the program.

When appropriate, a student may receive separately authorized ABA services while participating in educational programming. Any ABA services billed to insurance must meet the insurance provider's requirements for medical necessity and authorization and remain distinct from tuition-based educational services.
