We incorporate motivation for learning, reinforcement to increase and maintain new skills and extinction of maladaptive behaviors. All of our procedures are evidenced-based and specific to each individual child's needs.
Verbal Behavior
Verbal Behavior (VB) is the scientific analysis and understanding of language and communication. We incorporate the same principles of ABA with elements of the environment to increase and maintain functional communication.
Pivotal Response Training
We focus on "pivotal" areas of development and language and train those through motivation and play. We believe in family support and participation. We incorporate the family in the decision making process, treatment planning and throughout the course of treatment. We incorporate the family to maintain important skills and concepts.
